Why This Was Built.

"

I was an Army Captain. I flew UH-60 Black Hawks. I PCS'd multiple times and bought a home every time I moved — using the VA loan benefit my service earned me. I watched what happened to other soldiers during that process. I watched agents who had no idea what BAH was try to advise on monthly payments. I watched families rushed into decisions because nobody on the other side of the transaction actually understood what they were dealing with.

When I transitioned out, I went straight into mortgage origination — specifically to do VA loans for military families. Because I knew the experience they were getting wasn't good enough and I knew why. The people serving them didn't understand them.

PCS Prime came from that same place. The agents in this network were already out there doing exceptional work for military families before this platform existed. What was missing was a way to find them, vet them, and connect them with the buyers who deserved their expertise. This is that platform.
